The M3E series is perfect for obtaining vital aerial perspectives in dynamic industries, and allows drone pilots of varying experience levels to benefit from using the most robust, safe and efficient aerial technology available today. All models can deliver up to 45 minutes flight time which, in real-world terms, can survey an area of up to 2 square kilometers in a single flight. For surveyors, this means doing capturing significantly better data in significantly less time.
For users in critical situations like firefighting, incident response and search and rescue, M3E drones are compact and easy to carry and can be deployed quickly and easily. By getting an eye in the sky so quickly, ground teams can minimise risks, limit damage and even save lives by making more informed decisions in real-time. And when it comes to surveying, M3E series can be used with DJI Terra to create highly accurate digital 3D maps of complex areas without the need for extensive ground teams and negating the need for requirement for traditional surveying tools including Ground Control Points.
All M3E series models perform to high commercial standards while in the air; omnidirectional obstacle avoidance, next-generation image transmission and optimised battery technology are standard features. They also perform extremely well in low-light conditions, making them an attractive option for night operators or those flying in areas where visibility is a known problem.

The Mavic 3E (standard model) has two camera lenses – a 4/3 CMOS, 20MP wide camera with mechanical shutter and a 12MP Tele camera with 162mm Equivalent Focal Length and 56× Hybrid Zoom. Mavic 3T (thermal version) uses a cutting-edge 640 × 512 thermal camera with point and area temperature measurements, high temperature alerts, isotherms and colour palettes – all supporting fast and effective decision-making in critical situations. When controlling a M3T drone, the controller can show side-by-side regular-to-thermal view with zoom up to 28 times, supporting fast and accurate decision-making.
