A further update on the impact of COVID-19 restrictions
Tuesday 24th March 2020
Having anticipated the further social measures announced by the UK Government last night to contain the spread of COVID-19, we want to reassure you that we are still operating as normal as possible.
We know that many of our partners are unable to go to work, but have customers in vital sectors who will be relying on you at this time. Healthcare and supermarkets in particular are under severe strain, being two of the main places where people are permitted to be in mass.
There are several ways which we can help you during this period:
We can drop-ship to your customers
Our warehouse is fully operational, as is DPD’s courier service. We can still accept orders until 4:30pm for next-day delivery and can drop-ship directly to your customers.
We won’t charge you for radio & body worn camera programming
As many of you are not currently at your places of work, we are offering programming free of charge until Monday 13th April (in line with the Government’s plans to review social restrictions). We will extend this for as long as necessary, and will keep you up to date.
Our team will support you in the same way they always do
Many of our team are now working remotely in line with the Government’s advice, however there has been no disruption to our daily working capabilities. Our team will be at your disposal from Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm. Whatever we can do, we will do it!
We are still available for web meetings
We are always available for a meeting – simply reach out to our team and we will arrange a time to meet via GoToMeeting.
Please stay safe, be sensible, and look after everybody around you. Let’s do everything we can to come out of this unprecedented situation as one.
Yours sincerely,
Team Syndico
